At Ingram Micro Germany, we are proud to be actively supporting our partners with their training and certifications through a dedicated Training programme consisting of a comprehensive package of training courses and certification events.
As the only Distributor in Germany that is an authorized Learning and Certification Partner for HPE, Ingram Micro Germany has for the last year supported our trading partners with HPE sales and technical certification training delivered by certified trainers.
How are Ingram Micro Germany adding value to their Partners?
For us, ‘Value-Add’ means looking beyond the end of one’s nose! In other words, understanding the market and the products. With our individual training and education offerings, we want to achieve exactly that and thus support our partners in all aspects of the HPE business. We aim to provide value-add to our partners by providing them with knowledge, skills and tools that they can further optimise their HPE business. The close contact to the partner is very important to us during the entire project handling and support.

We want to provide our partners with the appropriate tools so that we can grow together. Our long-term focus is on the development of new and existing HPE partners.
The constant changes in the HPE solution portfolio requires regular training to keep up-to-date with the latest developments. That’s why we offer our partners a variety of courses as part of our Training programme. It is also essential that theory is combined with practice, for example through hands-on labs & demos.
Ingram Micro HPE Training Days
At Ingram Micro Germany, we offer our partners training and workshops through our Training Days on the most important current topics in the enterprise area. The scope always depends on the individual requirements, starting with the focus product portfolio up to the technical deep dive.
In addition, we offer sales certification training courses in the server, storage and networking areas across all partner statuses.
In the new HPE 2019 fiscal year, we will continue to expand the ATP courses in the technical area, including hybrid IT as well as classic server and storage courses. We also offer workshops lasting several days for the technical and sales areas.
Furthermore, we offer coaching directly at the partners’ workplaces to prepare new employees in all relevant areas of HPE - from tools for daily business to confi gurations and project reports in the HPE Partner Portal.
